Managing Partner Steve Miller to Chair symposium for 19th year in a row
with Partner Jon Aieta on faculty of key government leadership

On February 26, 2025, MQMH’s Stephen V. Miller will once again Chair the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education’s annual alcohol licensing seminar, with continued participation by MQMH’s Partner Jon D. Aieta.  Steve has been leading the seminar since 2006, with Jon as a member of its faculty for the third year in a row.

The MCLE’s Alcohol Licensing Seminar is a popular annual symposium, with insight on the practice of alcoholic beverages licensing law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.  As experienced private practitioners, Steve and Jon are joined by a dynamic faculty of municipal officials and regulatory leadership from Boston and the surrounding area, and the State’s Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission, for an informative discussion of licensing law and the regulatory practices for restaurant, retail and wholesale operations, hospitality, sports and entertainment venues across the Commonwealth.

This year’s MCLE “Alcohol Licensing – Learn your ABCC’s” Seminar will cover both local and state licensing and provide updates on changes to statutes, regulations, policies and regulatory practices.  For more information, or to sign-up, visit the MCLE event page here:
