Nick Zozula is a Partner concentrating on land use, zoning, permitting and licensing law at the state and municipal levels.  He joined the firm as an Associate attorney in 2013 and was later promoted to Senior Associate in 2018 and elected as a Partner in 2023.  During his tenure at the firm, Nick has successfully entitled numerous mid-to-large scale developments for client ventures in Boston, Cambridge and Somerville.  He previously worked for his family’s law practice in Boston and was a judicial intern for the Honorable James H. Wexler of the Massachusetts District Court.

Nick is also President of the Boston Branch of the Ukrainian American Youth Association, a 501(c)(3) non-profit serving the local Ukrainian American community and diaspora for 70 years, where he has helped to lead fundraising, humanitarian support and advocacy against the Russian invasion of Ukraine. He graduated cum laude with his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in Boston and magna cum laude with a B.A. from Syracuse University in New York. Nick is admitted to the practice of law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
