Thomas P. Miller is a Senior Associate concentrating in land use, zoning, permitting, development, food and alcoholic beverages licensing at the City and State levels.

Tom joined the firm as an Associate in 2018 and was promoted to Senior Associate in 2023.  Prior to joining the firm, he worked as an Investigator for Suffolk County District Attorney’s Family Protection and Sexual Assault Bureau, handling complex criminal investigations in the Massachusetts Municipal and Superior Courts.  Tom has extensive training and experience in the investigation of criminal law cases as well as those facilitated by technology.  His professional background also includes prior employment in different areas of the alcoholic beverages industry.

Tom is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar and received his B.A. in Criminal Justice from Curry College and received his JD from Suffolk University.
