Jon Aieta is a Partner in the firm, concentrating in alcohol, food and entertainment licensing and permitting. For over 20 years, Jon has counseled national and locally-based clients at both the state and municipal levels. He has appeared before over one hundred towns and cities across the Commonwealth for various permitting, licensing, zoning and planning board matters.

His past and current clientele includes restaurants, bars, hotels, supermarkets, package stores, caterers, wholesalers, breweries and wineries. Throughout his practice, Jon has provided successful representation before local and state administrative boards and agencies, including the Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission. In addition to representing clients in the alcohol and hospitality industry, Jon handles residential and commercial real estate transactions, including representation of buyers, sellers and real estate developers in the acquisition, development and sale of properties throughout Massachusetts. He has experience in a wide range of corporate and business matters, including transactions and litigation.

Jon is a member of the Massachusetts Bar and received his undergraduate degree in History from the College of the Holy Cross and his law degree from Suffolk University.
